Dylan and Ethan did you get to watch some of the movies on your Picks for Christmas list? Which ones? One of my favorites is Polar Express, it's very entertaining and I remember that it is the first movie you saw in the movie theatre and how magical you both thought it was.

The only other one I can think of besides the ones on your lists is "A Christmas Story" (1983) with Darren McGavin, Melinda Dillon and Peter Billingsley, which I think is one of the best and funniest Christmas films ever made. It's based on autobiographical stories by Jean Sheperd (he's also the narrator). Don't let Christmas go by without seeing it!

I like your choices and I would add: "A Charlie Brown Christmas" (1965) and "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" (1989)
And then there's "A Christmas Carol" which has so many remakes and variations on the theme. I grew up seeing the version titled "Scrooge" (1951) starring: Alastair Sim, which is black and white and as I recall some seriously scary door knockers and ghosts. Now the George C. Scott version (1984, color) is probably the classic that will live on. Of the variations on the theme, my favorites are: "It's a Wonderful Life" (1946) starring: James Stewart, Donna Reed and Lionel Barrymore; and "The Family Man" (2000) starring: Nicolas Cage, Téa Leoni, Don Cheadle and Jeremy Piven.
